About Us

Hi! I'm Linsey.  Several years ago, when I started homeschooling my four children, I struggled finding a science curriculum I was excited about. I wanted something hands-on, focused on problem-solving (not copying steps), and would only take about 1 hour a week. 

That magic science curriculum didn't exist.  So we decided to lean on my bachelor's in physics, my master's in education, my experience in game design, and my husband's PhD in physics to create our own kits.

Now, kids can solve challenges rather than follow directions.   Now, kids can learn science on a deeper level as they wrestle with ideas, play with real components, and relate science to everyday life.  And now, you as the parent in charge, don't have to stress about science class anymore.
